Keith Woo
Co-Founder, DX Coach
With over 30 years of experience in discrete and process manufacturing, Keith has been a driving force in innovation across the automotive and industrial sectors. Starting as a PLC Engineer in the early 1990s, he witnessed and contributed to the shift from Industry 3.0 to 4.0.
Keith’s career spans engineering, marketing, business development, and training, playing a pivotal role in globalizing the Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI). As a Certified SIRI Assessor and Trainer, he has delivered Industry 4.0 training to global leaders such as Mercedes-Benz, Emerson Automation Solutions, and TÜV SÜD.
With 15+ years of international training experience, Keith is recognized for his leadership in advancing digitalization and smart manufacturing worldwide.
Shridhar Ravikumar
Co-Founder, DX Coach
With 14 years of experience in digital and sustainability transformation, Shridhar Ravikumar is a leading expert in Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing, with deep impact across advanced manufacturing, automotive, high-tech, and supply chains.
He co-developed the Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) and created the Certified SIRI Assessor (CSA) Program, having led 300+ assessments and trained over 400 CSAs in 56 countries. His strategic work spans governments in Singapore, Bahrain, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand.
Recognized by the World Economic Forum, Shridhar is a global thought leader who speaks widely on Industry 4.0 and sustainability. He helps organizations bridge digital and sustainability gaps with tailored strategies and green technologies. He also mentors nonprofits on using digital tools for impact.
