With over 30 years of expertise in discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing, and the automotive sectors, Keith stands out for his contributions to innovation and excellence in these industries. Beginning his career as a PLC Engineer with an Omron Singapore distributor in the early 1990s, he played a key role in driving engineering projects while witnessing and contributing to the industry's transition from Industry 3.0 to Industry 4.0.
Keith’s career has spanned beyond engineering, as he ventured into marketing, business development, and training. His business acumen has helped multiple global academies, resulting in globalization of the Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI).
With more than 15 years of global training experience, he has delivered Industry 4.0 training to leading organizations, including Mercedes-Benz, Emerson Automation Solutions, and TÜV SÜD. As a Certified SIRI Assessor (CSA) and Certified SIRI Trainer (CST), Keith played an instrumental role in TÜV SÜD's efforts to promote SIRI across various industries worldwide.
Keith’s extensive experience and thought leadership have positioned him as a key figure in Industry 4.0 transformation, with a focus on advancing digitalization and smart manufacturing practices.

With 14 years of pioneering experience in digital and sustainability transformation, Shridhar Ravikumar excels in Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing, significantly impacting advanced manufacturing, automotive, high-tech, and supply chain sectors.
Shridhar is a co-developer of the Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) and the creator of the Certified SIRI Assessor (CSA) Program. He has conducted over 300 SIRI assessments globally and trained more than 400 CSAs across 56 countries. His strategic projects for government bodies in Singapore, Bahrain, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand highlight his leadership in the field.
Recognized by the World Economic Forum as a global thought leader, Shridhar has delivered keynote speeches on Industry 4.0 and sustainability across Asia and the Middle East. He specializes in identifying critical gaps in manufacturing facilities and proposing tailored solutions that drive digital and sustainability transformations.
